Spring Swim Clinic is a single-day clinic in 2026!

Tri-Now’s Spring Foundation and Form© Swim Clinic has helped hundreds of athletes. This clinic is for:
• Beginner to intermediate triathletes eager to enhance their form, endurance, speed, and water confidence!
• Experienced triathletes aiming to refine their technique and elevate their swim performance to the next level!
• Open to ages 18 and up

All participants receive a goody bag!

Come ready to swim! You’ll get hands-on instruction and ample practice as you progress through Tri-Now’s Swim Foundation and Form, mastering essential technique drills and refining your swim fitness. Boost your endurance and achieve peak performance with tailored interval training, and you’ll even learn some open water skills.

Spring Swim Clinic is limited to 25 participants
