TRI257

TRI 257, scheduled for October 10 and 11, 2026, is set to challenge triathletes with its unique blend of endurance sports in the vibrant city of Brasília. The race kicks off on October 10 with a grueling 5-kilometer swim in the Parque das Águas, followed by an intense 200-kilometer bike ride through the bustling streets and scenic landscapes surrounding the capital.
Competitors will then rest and prepare for day two, where they face another formidable challenge: a 52-kilometer run. The race concludes on October 11 with this marathon-length final leg, taking runners back to the Parque das Águas for an exhilarating finish at Ponte das Garças.
Each participant is required to have one staff member who will assist in safety and hydration during both days of competition. With open traffic throughout the bike route, having a dedicated support crew becomes crucial for ensuring a safe journey through Brasília's diverse terrain.
The event offers comprehensive benefits including medical ambulances on standby and insurance coverage for all athletes. In addition to these services, participants receive essential gear such as wetsuits and kayaks for the swim leg, along with official race attire and finishing medals upon completion of both days' events.
Registration kits include four vehicle stickers, bike and helmet decals, a technical shirt for staff members, and a finisher’s medal. The final classification is determined by the total time spent completing all three stages over two consecutive days, making TRI 257 not just a race but an unforgettable endurance journey through Brazil's dynamic capital city.
