About the Event

A few times a year we offer swim video sessions with consultations and analysis at a deep discount. 💦

Limited to 8 athletes.

Improve your stroke and technique by choosing a Swim Video Session with consultation. Your video session will include multiple camera angles to better observe hip rotation, body & head position, stroke phases, breathing and kick.

You will get a follow up consultation to address observed strengths and receive drills that will address any areas where inefficiencies might be seen. 8 spots will be available on Sunday.
