One of our favorite things about this race have been the costumes!  We love seeing all of the pilgrims and turkeys, and creative fall motifs.  Winners get great swag from Fleet Feet Sports of Greenville.

Packet Pick-Up | REMOTE Packet Pick-Up | Registration 

November 24th and November 25th at Fleet Feet Sports Greenville

• Fleet Feet Sports Greenville is hosting packet pick-up on Monday 11/24 & Tuesday 11/25 at their store located at 635 Augusta Street during regular business hours.
• A special thanks to Fleet Feet for supporting this race every year since 2009!  

Wednesday November 26nd and Thursday November 27th @ Yee-Haw Brewing Company

• Yee-Haw Brewing, 307 E. McBee Ave., Greenville SC 29601
• Wednesday, November 26th | 10am to 6pm
• Race Day Thursday, November 27th | 6:30am - Race Start

Registration

• Online Registration will be open until the race starts.  
• All events are $30 until 9/1, $35 until 11/1, and then $40.
• In person registration is available on Wednesday during packet pick-up and Thursday morning until 7:30am.

Overall Awards 

Cash awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place female and male finishers in the 8k and 5k will be based on gun time.  Podium Awards Ceremony as soon as the top 3 are in.

8k Cash Awards: $100, $75, $50 | 5k Cash Awards: $75, $50, $35

Age Group Awards

Age Group Awards for the top 3 finishers in each age group will be based on chip time. The age division award is a Turkey Day Run elite Boco Running Hat.  They are already at Fleet Feet Sports on Augusta Street ready for you to have a speedy race.  They can be picked up starting Friday 11/29 during their regular business hours.

All awards will be available for in-store pick-up at Fleet Feet Sports Greenville starting November 29th during regular store hours.  Their address is 635 Augusta St., Greenville SC 29605.  Check their website for store hours.

9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+

FREE TREES

TreesUpstate Energy Saving Trees, presented by Duke Energy - There will be a limited number of trees available first-come, first-served basis during packet pick-up. This giveaway is while supplies last.  Learn more about this program. 

Parking - Free in City of GVL Garages on Thanksgiving Day

We strongly recommend you have a parking plan for Thanksgiving Morning. Look at course maps and road closures to help you make your plan.  The best parking maps and info are here.  Please note: there are private parking garages and they are not free.  Only City of Greenville Garages.

FAQ's

What is TreesUpstate? We are a 501 (c)(3) founded in 2005.  Here's a link to our 2022 Annual Report.

Will there be an awards ceremony? Not for age groupers.  All awards age group awards (BOCO elite running hats) can be picked up at Fleet Feet starting on Friday 11/28/2024 during regular business hours.

Can I bring my dog? If you bring your FRIENDLY dog, they need to be on a leash, please start in the back, and stay away from people who look like they don't like dogs.  Give people and other animals space.  Bring a bag in case your dog uses the restroom along the way.  Dogs aggressive towards other dogs are NOT allowed.  

Can I wear headphones?  Doesn't bother us.  Stay safe out there.

Do I need to register my child who will be riding in a stroller or running jogger? No.  

Does this race benefit a nonprofit?  Yes!  It's benefitsTreesUpstate.  We're a nonprofit.  Thanks for running with us!
