Triathlon transitions can be chaotic, and they can add stress to your race, not to mention additional time to your overall race results. Transition is called the 4th discipline of triathlon for a reason!
From shaving minutes off your total time, to staying calm and smooth moving through T1 and T2, setting up and practicing an efficient transition will have a big impact on your race day experience.
Come learn what you can do to simplify, de-stress and speed up your transitions. We'll cover what gear you need in transition, how to remove your wetsuit more quickly (and without losing your mind), running with your bike (without falling), navigating through a crowded transition area, and how to move through T1 & T2 quickly and smoothly. Whether you're worried about fighting with your wetsuit or just want to master a faster bike mount, we’ve got you covered.
While this clinic will focus on triathlon transitions, aquabikes, swimrun, and duathlon transitions will also be covered.
We highly recommend bringing all of your racing gear to do a full run-through of your transition:
