Trail-Running Golf de Son Quint - Mallorca

Event Logistics & Participant Information:

• Registration Deadline: Closes on June 10, 2026, at 23:00 via www.elitechip.net.
• Bib Collection: Same day, June 12, from 3:30 PM to 6:45 PM at the Golf Son Quint parking area.
• Mandatory Personal Supplies: Each participant must bring their own hydration bottle or glass. No disposable containers allowed unless numbered. Misuse of water at aid stations leads to disqualification.
• Aid Stations: The 16 km race has refreshment points at approximately km 5 and km 10. The 10 km race has one at km 5. Volunteers do not touch personal supplies — participants must manage their own refills and deposit waste in provided bins.
• Safety & Medical: The organization provides civil liability insurance, healthcare for FAIB participants, a UVI-medicalized ambulance, and a race doctor.
• Technical Control: Conducted by the committee of judges of the Balearic Athletics Federation. Participants must follow instructions from judges, organization staff, and law enforcement.
• Course Marking: The route is marked with plastic tape. If no marking is seen within 200 meters, runners must turn back to the last visible mark.
• Time Limit: Maximum 4 hours for the competition.
• Headlamp Recommendation: Recommended for any participant expecting to run for more than 2 hours.
• Baggage Service: A cloakroom is available for sportswear, towels, toiletries, and food. The organization is not responsible for valuables (phones, wallets, jewelry, documents, etc.).
• Refund Policy: If the race cannot be held for reasons beyond control (pandemic, weather, government denial, etc.), 75% of the registration amount may be claimed. The remaining 25% covers management costs.

• Terrain Profile: Paths, routes, tracks, and forest trails. Medium difficulty.
• Environmental Responsibility: Throwing wrappers or garbage is strictly forbidden. Numbered containers are checked. Runners who discard numbered containers on the circuit will be disqualified.
• Awards: Trophies for the first 3 classified in each absolute male and female category. Category awards for Junior/Promise (18-21), Senior (22-39), and age groups 40-49, 50-59, and 60+.
• Finisher Rewards: Every registered participant receives a gift bag upon bib collection and a commemorative medal at the finish line.
• Federation Rules: The competition follows the regulations of the Balearic Islands Athletics Federation (FAIB) / Trail Running.
