The 20th edition of the Trail de l'Eolienne takes place on Saturday, 30 May 2026 in Les Sauvages, a small village perched at 700m altitude in the Rhône department, ideally located between Roanne (35 km), Lyon (50 km), and Tarare (6 km). This forest trail event offers three courses on forest paths and trails with breathtaking views stretching from the Alps to the Pilat and the Monts du Forez. A meal is offered to runners after the race, with the option to register accompanying guests.

The Défi Duo works like this: runners register as a pair. The first runner completes the 4 km loop alone. Upon returning under the start arch, both teammates run the second loop together, then cross the finish line together. First runner covers 4 km total, the second runner covers 8 km total. A kids' race takes place at 18:00.
Bib pickup starts at 15:00. Podiums are at 18:30. Discounted rates apply for FFA license holders on online registration. The event is supported by Terre de Running Limonest (1646 Route Nationale 6, 69760 Limonest – 04.72.54.62.73). For questions, message via Facebook or email [email protected].
