Trail du Coq

Returning to the heart of Essonne’s natural landscapes for its second edition, the Trail du Coq promises an unforgettable experience for both novice and seasoned trail runners. Set against the backdrop of Mondeville's diverse terrain, this race offers a perfect blend of challenge and enjoyment in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
Registration opens on June 11, 2026, with participants having two distance options to choose from:
The longer route covers 22 kilometers with an elevation gain of 430 meters. This challenging course weaves through forest paths and technical trails, catering to those seeking a rigorous test of their abilities. The race kicks off at 9:00 AM.
For runners looking for a more accessible yet dynamic experience, the shorter trail measures 11 kilometers with an elevation gain of 215 meters. Starting at 10:00 AM, this route is ideal for those who want to explore the beauty and excitement of trail running in a less demanding format.
Race day will see participants gathering at the Salle polyvalente Fernand Pelletier in Mondeville (Essonne), where bib pick-up takes place on Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, or on Sunday starting from 7:30 AM.
On-site services include a baggage drop-off area and a welcoming atmosphere for all runners.
