On October 18, 2026, leave the comfort of your couch behind and join Alvernia Sport Nature for an unforgettable adventure through the scenic trails of Yronde-et-Buron. This event offers three distinct options to cater to every runner's preference:
Yrond’S (11 km) – For those who enjoy a brisk run without committing too much time, this 400-meter climb over rugged terrain will provide an exhilarating challenge.
For enthusiasts looking for something more substantial, Yrond’M (24 km), with its impressive elevation gain of 1,100 meters, is designed to test your endurance and determination.
And finally, the ultimate experience awaits at Yrond’L (40 km). With a total climb of 1,600 meters, this longer route promises an epic journey through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the region.
The trail features include picturesque vistas that will take your breath away and the notorious Escargot ascent. As you conquer each step along this winding path, you'll understand why it's called "the snail" – a climb so steep yet rewarding upon reaching its summit.
Participants can look forward to an engaging atmosphere filled with camaraderie among runners and top-notch support from dedicated volunteers. The day is set to be nothing short of spectacular as the trail winds through lush forests, over rolling hills, and past serene lakes.
