With a combined participant cap of 1,200 runners across all events, the festival emphasizes a community-focused atmosphere, even dedicating a significant portion of registration fees from the shorter routes to supporting local associations fighting against disabilities.

The 2026 program features four distinct trail challenges tailored to varying experience levels. The marquee event, the "Trail des Aiglons," covers 50 km with a staggering 1,500m of vertical gain, reserved for seasoned athletes. For those seeking intensity at a slightly lower volume, the "Trail des Faucons" (35 km) and "Trail des Éperviers" (22 km) offer punishing climbs and rewarding vistas. Newer runners can join the "Foulées Vertes," a 13 km circuit that serves as a perfect introduction to the discipline. To ensure a safe and professional experience, participants must carry mandatory safety gear, including survival blankets and a minimum water reserve, while taking advantage of on-site amenities like showers and lockers at the stadium.

About Condé-sur-Noireau

Condé-sur-Noireau is a former commune in the Calvados department in the Normandy region in northwestern France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Condé-en-Normandie. It is situated on the Noireau River. In the fifteenth century, the town was occupied by the English, and belonged to Sir John Fastolf of Caister Castle in Norfolk (1380-1459). It was from here that the Spanish mercenary François de Surienne launched an attack on Fougères in Brittany, which triggered the invasion of English Normandy by Charles VII of France, and the end of the Hundred Years' War.
