Immerse yourself in the scenic beauty and historical charm of Plestin-Les-Grèves for an unforgettable weekend of trail running and walking events. The Trail des Chapelles offers a unique blend of athletic challenge and cultural discovery, inviting participants to explore rugged coastlines, serene forests, and ancient chapels while supporting a worthy cause. On Saturday, 24th October, the Redadeg Noz event kicks off with an immersive night trail covering 11 kilometers. Experience the magic of running under starlit skies as you navigate through picturesque landscapes by moonlight. The following day, on Sunday, 25th October, three additional trails await runners and walkers at various levels: - Tro Braz Plistin: A challenging 25-kilometer trail designed for seasoned athletes. - Tro Bihan Plistin: An enjoyable yet competitive route of 17 kilometers that balances performance with pleasure. - Tro Armorik: Ideal for newcomers, this accessible 10-kilometer course provides a perfect introduction to the sport. For those looking to make an even greater impact and test their endurance, combining the Redadeg Noz on Saturday night with any one of Sunday's trails creates a full weekend experience. Additionally, two solidarity walks are organized in support of cancer research: - Plistin Rose: A 11-kilometer walk. - Plistin Bleu: An 8-kilometer march. Both events see registration fees donated to the League Against Cancer, adding an extra layer of meaning and purpose to your participation. Children are also welcome with a specially designed course that introduces young runners to the joy of trail running in a safe environment. The event takes place at the Saint-Efflam Nautical Centre, where participants will enjoy well-maintained trails and stunning views throughout their journey. Whether you're an experienced runner or just starting out, there's something for everyone here. Please remember to bring your own reusable cup for hydration stations as none are provided on-site. Most importantly, come with a positive attitude and readiness to embrace the adventure!
