Two time barriers are set to ensure safety; one at km 10.5 near the woods of L’Enfer by 1:15 PM, and another at km 22 near Buguélès by 3:15 PM. - La Bernique (14km): Departing from Pors-Scaff at noon, this race offers a more moderate distance with scenic coastal views. Participants can enjoy the beauty of Plougrescant before heading towards Trestel for the finish line festivities. - La Crevette (8km): The shortest but no less exciting route begins early on the beach in Trévou-Tréguignec at 11:30 AM, perfect for those seeking a shorter yet invigorating run along the shoreline. ### Family and Youth Activities Children are not left out of the fun with dedicated races designed specifically for them: - Course des Étrilles (800m) for young athletes - Course des Tourteaux (1200m) for slightly older children - Course des Homards (1800m) for more experienced youth runners All participants in these races receive a commemorative medal upon completion. ### Race Day Logistics Race numbers and T-shirts can be picked up at designated locations, including Terre de Running Lannion on Friday from 2 PM to 6 PM or Saturday morning.
