A JAAF-certified road race on a fast riverside course with elevation difference within 2 m, run on a 10 km loop along the Arakawa riverbank from Toda Bridge Athletics Stadium in Itabashi, Tokyo (12 minutes on foot from Nishidai Station). Events are the full marathon (11,000 yen), half marathon and 30K (7,700 yen each), 10K (5,500 yen), and 5K and 1 mile (3,300 yen each). Pacers cover 12 groups from 2:30 to 4:20 for the full marathon, with matching half and 10K targets. Water is offered every 3 to 4 km and food once every 10 km. Runners line up five minutes before the start, with the main races setting off at 9:30 and the 1 mile at 9:35. Results come as web certificates only. The race is part of the R.LEAGUE ranking system, with 10 percent off entries for registered members from their second race, and is a partner event of TEAM ONE TOKYO, a Tokyo Marathon Foundation program that offers a chance at Tokyo Marathon entry. Time limits range from 12 minutes for the mile to 4 hours 30 minutes for the full marathon.
