About the Event

Join us for the Toca Juniors 5K (3.1 mile) run, Nature Walk (1.6km) and kids caterpillar run on Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Toca Juniors Soccer Complex in Urbana, Maryland. This event is open to all ages and abilities and will benefit the Toca Juniors Football Club, a non-profit organization that fosters the physical and social development of its members through soccer programs and sports-related events.

The 5K will start at 10am and will follow a scenic cross country route starting from Big Woods Road. The course will be marked and timed, and water stations will be available along the way. All finishers will receive a T-shirt and a food voucher for the after-race party. Awards will be given to the top male and female runners in each age group. Please note early bird pricing ends October 19th.

After the race, enjoy food and entertainment for the whole family at the Toca Juniors Soccer Complex. There will be music, games, and more. You can also watch some of the Toca Juniors teams in action on the field after the race.

Don't miss this opportunity to have fun, stay fit, and support a great cause. Register online today or on race day at the registration tent. All proceeds will go to the Toca Juniors Football Club, with a portion of the proceeds earmarked for our neurodiverse Smiles Soccer Program.

Bibs can be picked up at 8900 Transue Drive, Bethesda MD 20817 on the following days:
Friday, November 14 - 8am to 10pm
Saturday, November 15 - 8am to 10pm

Limited race-day (Sunday, November 16) - bib pick-up will be available between 8:30am-10am at 3348 Big Woods Road, Ijamsville MD 21754

About Ijamsville

Ijamsville is an unincorporated community located 7 miles (11 km) southeast of Frederick, in Frederick County, Maryland, United States. The town was founded by Plummer Ijams, a descendant of Welsh immigrants, from whom the town took its name. The discovery of high-quality slate in the area led to Ijamsville's brief era as a mining town, which lasted until it transitioned to agriculture in the mid-1800s. In the mid-to-late 20th century, large quantities of land in Ijamsville were purchased by developers, and the town became primarily residential as a suburb of Frederick, Baltimore, and D.C.
