RegisterCome join Eaton County Parks and Recreation for our 9th Annual Timber Trails 5K at scenic Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge! This run/walk will take you on a slightly challenging course with ranging elevation over grass, gravel roads, and wooded trails. A perfect way to enjoy a brisk fall morning in one of the most beautiful parks in Eaton County. All ages are encouraged to join! Early registration by Thursday, September 17th includes a long sleeve t-shirt.
Race will begin at 9am. Runners will be at the front and walkers at the back for lineup. *Special note for walkers: You must cross the finish line no later that 10:30am to be given an official time.
Pricing: $25 until 10/4, then $30.
Special Group/Family pricing is available so grab your friends, grab your family and sign up together! Register 3 or more people at the same time and save $3 per participant.
Awards: Top Overall Male & Female. Top Masters Male & Female. Medals to the top three runners in each age group: Age Groups for Male and Female runners: 10 & Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Donate and SAVE! If you would like to support our cause and get a discounted race entry fee donate $50 and we'll give you $10 off your entry fee. Donate $25 and we'll give you $5 off your entry fee. Simply Sign Up and follow the steps to register and on the donation screen enter $50 or $25. The discount will be applied during checkout. Proceeds will benefit Eaton County Parks & Recreation trail development. Thank you for your support!
Packet Pickup will begin at 7:45 AM the morning of the event.
The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and live on the Run Signup page.

Grand Ledge is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan. The city lies mostly within Eaton County, though a small portion extends into Clinton County to the north. The city sits along the Grand River 12.7 miles west of downtown Lansing. The population was 7,784 at the 2020 census. The city is named for its sandstone rock ledges that are located between island park and Fitzgerald park. They rise 40 feet (12 m) above the Grand River and are used by recreational rock climbers.
