Ti Raid Dikos

On September 6, 2026, the Ti Raid Dikos Triathlon is set to take place in Ducos, Martinique. Organized by the Regional League of Triathlon and the City of Ducos, this unique event adheres strictly to the rules established by the French Federation of Triathlon.

- The Cross Duathlon for children aged 6 to 9 years old will feature a course that includes running and cycling segments: 500 meters of run followed by 2 kilometers on bikes and concluding with another short sprint of 250 meters.
- For those between the ages of 10 and 13, there is an extended version covering longer distances. This race involves starting off with a 1-kilometer running leg, transitioning to 4 kilometers on bicycles, and finishing up with a final dash over 500 meters.
