TI Effortless Endurance Freestyle

Immerse yourself in Effortless Endurance, where you'll master Total Immersion stroke mechanics and swim better than ever before within just one day of intensive training with OnPoint Fitness. The workshop begins early Sunday morning at 8:00 AM with an orientation session followed by a hands-on classroom workshop to get you started on the right foot.
From there, participants dive into their first pool session from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, where your new techniques will be put to the test in the water. Afterward, take some time for lunch and video analysis of your performance before returning to the classroom at noon for further instruction.
The afternoon continues with a second pool session from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, allowing you to refine your skills under expert guidance. The day wraps up back in the classroom until 4:00 PM as instructors review video footage and offer personalized feedback to help you swim more efficiently and effortlessly.

For those who need flexibility, cancellations made at least 8 days prior to the scheduled workshop can receive a 50% refund or transfer (with a $50 transfer fee) to another available date. Cancellations within 8 days of the event are not eligible for refunds but may be transferred to another person. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is less than 8 days before the start time.
