Thrasher is the first race in the Fall Sunset Series. This race will be held the night before Cave Creek Thriller Trail Runs, part of the Desert Runner Trail Series . Finish both the Thriller & Thrasher Trail runs to win a unique medal!
Online registration closes the Monday before the race. Late registration is available at either packet pickup location. Details are on the race website.
The 11 kilometer loop features the Slate, Quartz, Go John and Overton Trails. The 33K runners will complete 3 loops, the 22K will finish 2 loops, both passing through the start/finish line after each lap! The course features two climbs per loop (Quartz & Go John).

We cannot produce these trail runs without the help of our amazing volunteer team. You can even help and run on race day. If you would like to join our volunteer team, we are looking for help with event setup, aid station captains, aid station helpers, timing, and event breakdown.
