Kick off cookie season with the Girl Scouts of Middle Tennessee’s annual Thin Mint Sprint- a high-energy, family-friendly 5K and Fun Walk celebrating movement, community, and (of course) cookies!

Whether you’re racing toward your New Year goals or strolling with your little Scouts (and furry friends!), this event is for everyone. Expect good vibes, big smiles, and plenty of cookie-powered fun!

Choose your adventure: run or walk our two-loop 5K course or take it easy on the 1-mile Fun Walk.
Costumes encouraged! Dress up as your favorite cookie or run in your Girl Scout sash for extra fun and photo ops!
No timers, no pressure- just fresh air, fun, and Girl Scout spirit.
Bring the whole crew- kids, grandparents, pups- everyone’s welcome!
Enjoy a morning packed with games, giveaways, sponsor activations, music, and photo ops galore.
