The WOM Challenge 2026 – Rise Together

On November 14, 2026, dawn breaks over the Palm Jumeirah as women gather at The Retreat to embark on an empowering morning of camaraderie and wellness. Starting before sunrise, participants engage in a series of activities designed to foster strength, resilience, and connection.
The day begins with a Sunrise Meditation followed by Stand Up Paddleboarding, where pairs share a single board for true teamwork. This is seamlessly followed by a 5K run combined with strengthening exercises guided by expert coaches. The final step includes stretching sessions under the guidance of experienced trainers, an invigorating ice bath to reset both body and mind, and breath-work techniques.
Participants enjoy a healthy breakfast together, sharing stories and insights over nourishing meals while listening to inspiring panel discussions that delve into wellness and personal growth. Throughout the event, women can explore The Wellness Village by the beach, where physio support is available for any post-run needs.
Registration options cater to all levels of experience, from first-time paddlers to seasoned athletes. Whether you're signing up solo or with a partner, each participant receives a surprise goody bag and access to healthy snacks along the way. All participants are encouraged to wear clothes that can get wet, bring running shoes, a towel, and dry attire for post-event comfort.
This event is more than just a race; it's an experience designed to empower women through sport, emotion, and solidarity. Join us on November 14th for a morning you won't soon forget.
