About the event
On October 31, 2026, after pushing your limits on the race course, head to Laney College Field's Stan Peters Fields for the Method Bodyworks Recovery Lounge. This sanctuary offers athletes hands-on care from certified professionals including a chiropractic sports physician and myofascial massage therapists like Shantel Thomas, CMT. Choose from services such as infrared light therapy, assisted stretching with ZAEFIT, or dynamic compression boots to aid in recovery.
The lounge also features self-service stations where you can unwind for 10 minutes in an infrared sauna or use the Therabody Percussion device. Post-treatment, refuel with a protein-packed culinary bowl by Executive Chef Beve Julien and hydrate at the electrolyte station filled with Recovery Elixirs.
Pre-purchase your pass online to secure your spot before race day. Simply arrive during lounge hours from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, check in with staff who will guide you through each step of your personalized recovery plan. Ensure comfort and safety by wearing athletic attire suitable for the treatments offered.
