Join us on this new date Saturday September 26th for the Medical Mile Fun Run, a celebration of health, wellness, and community right here in Gardendale! This event brings neighbors together to run, walk, and cheer alongside the health and wellness businesses that make our community stronger every day. It is a Race for people of all fitness levels featuring: 

• Multi-length options  - 5K or 1 Mile 
• A two wave start.
• The Academy Sports Cooldown experience, with Yoga Mats, deck chairs, and all kids of other free Academy Sports goodies
• Proceeds go to The Outdoor Ability Foundation.
• PRIZES: 
  • First Prize: A Year of Free Martial Arts Lessons (from Around the World Martial Arts - Any Martial Art you would like).
  • Second Prize: A FREE Year Long FAMILY membership to the Gardendale Civic Center 
  • Third Prize a $100 Gift Card to Woods Trading Company.
