The Hustle at Pinehurst Lake Conservation Area returns on October 4th, 2026, bringing back the spirit of the legendary Run for the Toad course with fresh energy and excitement. Nestled just north of Paris, Ontario, this event offers runners a chance to experience some of Canada's most beloved trails in an engaging and challenging format.
Participants can choose from several distances: a scenic 12.5 km loop, a more demanding 25 km route that doubles the fun and adventure, or the epic 50 km journey for those looking to test their limits over rugged terrain. For teams of two to four runners, there's also an option to compete in the 50K Team Relay.
The course itself is a masterpiece of natural beauty and technical challenge. Each loop takes you through dense forest singletrack that winds around Pinehurst Lake, offering stunning views and varied elevation changes. The trail then ventures into open meadows where the landscape opens up for breathtaking vistas before leading back to the heart-pumping climbs near the end.
