About the Event

The Seorak Gran Fondo takes place on Saturday, 20 June 2026 starting from Unjeong Restaurant in Inje, Gangwon-do, South Korea. This event offers two road cycling courses: Gran Fondo (208 km) and Medio Fondo (105 km), both featuring challenging UCI-classified climbs. The Gran Fondo includes Category 2 hills, Category 4 hills, and one HC (hors catégorie) climb with a 12‑hour time limit. The Medio Fondo includes two Category 2 climbs and two Category 4 climbs with a 7‑hour time limit and two aid stations.

Traffic control is strictly enforced on the departure waiting road (approximately 1 km section) from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM — no vehicle traffic permitted. Riders coming from the Misan Valley direction are requested to travel by bicycle. The route to the destination is a village road with many bumps; please drive slowly for safety.

The event is hosted and organized by SENA, with title sponsorship by SENA, bronze sponsors, and support from Gangwon-do, Haneul-naerin Inje, Inje Police Station, Sokcho Police Station, Hongcheon Police Station, Inje County Bicycle Association, and safety cooperation from Kolon Motorrad.
