About the Event

East Bank Run 5K and Team Beer Mile. Join us to gather the community for an opportunity to run, race and have a good time. Community Renewal intentionally builds and grows positive, caring relationships. Community Renewal connects neighbors and residents to restore the foundation of safe and caring communities. We build hope and renew the spirit of cooperation in every segment of the community. We focus on three primary strategies: Renewal Team, Haven House, and Friendship House to turn neighborhoods into safe havens of friendship and support. Thank you for supporting this exciting event.

Team Beer Mile @ 11:00 a.m.

Course Description: 5K Run: The 5K and Team Beer Mile will take place in the East Bank District. Race will start in front of BeauxJax Crafthouse.

Team Beer Mile will take place behind BeauxJax

Entry Fee: 5K Registration: $25 through Friday, April 17th *(includes T-shirt) **need to register by April 3rd to guarantee a race shirt.*

Entry Fee: Team Beer Mile Registration-$30 ($15 per person) through Friday, April 17th (includes T-shirt) **need to register by April 3rd to guarantee a race shirt.

Both team members must be 21 years or older. Teams can be all male, all female, or coed. Awards are for 1st place team only.

This is a two person team relay!

There is no individual beer mile for this event.

Sleep in Supporter: If you cannot be there but want to show support. Pricing is the same as the 5K registration. (t-shirt included.)

Race Packet Pick-Up: Pre-registered participants will receive an official race T-shirt.

Friday, April 17th, 10 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at Sportspectrum, 6970 Fern Avenue, Shreveport

There is no race day registration for the Team Beer Mile

5k Awards: 5K Overall male and female and 1st Place male and female in each age group will win an award.

5k age groups: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Two person - Team Beer Mile Awards: Team Bear Mile 1st & 2nd Overall Teams will win an award.
