The Don McMaster Memorial 12 Mile Creek Trail Half Marathon & 7k will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM EDT, starting at 2 Lockhart Drive in St. Catharines, ON, Canada. The half marathon (21 km) follows a historic route including the first Welland Canal and the 12 Mile Creek Trail, with a section on the Merritt Trail towards downtown St. Catharines, then returns to the trails behind Brock University after climbing Hydro Hill and descending the Niagara Escarpment to the finish. The 7 km race is a challenging trail section incorporating the last part of the half marathon course. A half marathon walker division (21 km) uses the same route and starts 90 minutes earlier (7:30 AM).
