The Child Advocacy Center of Tuscola County Superhero 5K Run/Walk

Dive into a night of heroism and unity as you lace up your running shoes for the Superhero Run/Walk on October 16th, 2026. This annual race celebrates its return to Tuscola County Fairgrounds at the corner of State Street and Park Drive in Caro, MI.
Registration opens from 4:00 p.m., allowing participants ample time to collect their packets before the race starts at 5:30 p.m. Early registration is encouraged as it ensures you receive this year's commemorative shirt; however, those registering after October 9th may be provided with last year’s shirts.
As you run or walk alongside fellow superheroes, reflect on the impact of your participation in supporting The Child Advocacy Center (CAC) of Tuscola County. This center serves as a beacon of hope and healing for children who have experienced sexual or physical abuse. By participating in this event, you contribute to their mission of reducing trauma by providing a safe space where children can share their stories with specially trained professionals.
In 2025 alone, the CAC conducted forensic interviews with 163 abused children, leading to significant arrests and prosecutions. Your support helps ensure that these services remain accessible without cost to families in need, empowering survivors to heal and thrive while holding perpetrators accountable for their actions.
