About the Event

The 11th Annual Big Easter Run is set for Saturday, April 4, 2026, at Jericho Beach Park in Vancouver. This "hoppiest" event of the year supports KidSport BC, with a fundraising goal of $1,000 to help local youth participate in sports. The course offers a picturesque tour of the park, winding through spring blooms and forested trails before looping onto the beachside path with views of the North Shore and Vancouver skyline. The event is inclusive of all abilities and is explicitly pet and stroller-friendly.

The route consists of a mix of paved, gravel, and woodchip trails; strollers should be suitable for light trail use. Pets and strollers are required to start in the last wave to ensure the safety of all participants. A bag check is available on-site, though runners should be aware that there are no cash machines at the park.

Registration and Packet Pickup

Registration remains open, with discounts automatically applied for groups of four or more and for participants under 18. Packet pickup is available on Thursday, April 2nd, at Kintec Broadway (1201 W Broadway) to avoid race-day convenience fees. Alternatively, on-site pickup is available at Jericho Beach on the afternoon of the race for a small fee. For those looking to support the charity partner further, a donation of $100 or more to KidSport BC grants a free entry to the run.
