In the spring of 2026, the iconic Circuit Paul Ricard will transform into an unforgettable cycling haven with its annual Sunset Bike series. This legendary Formula One circuit opens up to cyclists for ten magical evenings where participants can enjoy a safe and scenic ride under the setting sun.
Whether you're riding solo or in groups with friends and family, this event offers something special for everyone. The evening rides are designed not only as casual outings but also as training sessions tailored for athletes preparing for their upcoming seasons. Cyclists will have the unique opportunity to pedal along a circuit that has hosted some of motorsport’s most prestigious races.
Each session is led by Antoine Leclerc, an automobile racing enthusiast who shares his passion for cycling with others. The event takes place every Thursday from April 14th through September 8th, starting at 7 PM and concluding at 10 PM. Participants can choose to register online or on-site; the cost is €12 in advance and €15 at the gate. Children under eight years old are admitted free of charge.
Safety measures include mandatory helmet use for all riders and illuminated rear lights required for everyone, ensuring a secure experience for cyclists of all ages. The event also features exclusive testing sessions with DT Swiss wheels, allowing participants to try out high-performance equipment firsthand.
In addition to the cycling routes, there’s an array of activities in the paddock area: chill zones complete with DJ sets and food trucks offering a variety of cuisines to extend your evening experience beyond the ride.
