Summer Open Water Swim: Dock 9 (29/8)

About the Event

Dive into Salford Quays' Summer Open Water Swims, held at Dock 9 from May through September. Whether you're an experienced open water swimmer or just starting out, these sessions offer a refreshing way to enjoy the outdoors.
Pre-book your spot for discounted entry as a Bronze or Squid member, ensuring you don't miss out on this unique aquatic experience. Non-members can also secure their place in advance at reduced rates. For those who prefer spontaneity, walk-in entries are welcome but will be charged an 'On The Day' fee.
Safety is paramount during these swims. All participants must either bring a tow-float or opt to rent one on-site for added security and buoyancy.
The summer schedule includes sessions every Saturday from 8am to 11am, with additional Wednesday slots available from May through August between 5pm and 7:30pm. In September, the Saturday swims shift slightly later in the morning, running from 10am until noon.
To ensure a smooth start for everyone, last entry is permitted up to 15 minutes before each session concludes.
