Summer MoCo 5k & 10k

The Summer MoCo 5k & 10k returns to Silver Spring, Maryland on July 26th, offering runners the chance to explore the scenic trails of Martin Luther King Jr. Recreational Park. Bibs can be picked up at the Silver Spring Community Center from August 1st to July 25th between 9 AM and 7 PM. Bring your ID along with any race numbers you’ve purchased online. If this is your first time running in this event, ensure you have all necessary gear—appropriate footwear, water bottles, and layers as the weather can be unpredictable.
The start line will be set up at Martin Luther King Jr. Recreational Park on July 26th. Participants must be at least 18 years old to run or walk the course independently; younger runners are welcome but should have a guardian present for support.
