Coaches must register in advance via Entry Central to gain access to the competition area while spectators can enjoy the action from designated balconies overlooking the venue. The organizers reserve the right to adjust athlete schedules between sessions as needed, ensuring maximum participation across all age groups and events.
Entries close on Thursday, December 10th at midnight for each meeting, with declarations closing one hour before event start times. This well-structured meet promises an exciting day of athletics for both seasoned competitors and newcomers alike.
