The Strong Mind 5K is more than a race—it’s a community celebration focused on mental health, physical wellness, and the powerful connection between a healthy body and a strong mind. Whether you’re an experienced runner, a first-time 5K participant, an athlete, or simply looking for a fun and meaningful way to get active, everyone is welcome.

Participants can walk, jog, or run the 5K while coming together with athletes, families, friends, and members of the Long Beach community to promote mental health awareness and wellness.

After the race, enjoy our Wellness Village, featuring local businesses, health and wellness organizations, community resources, vendors, activities, and opportunities to connect with organizations committed to helping our community live healthier, stronger lives.
