About the Event

Mental + Physical = Health
Support NAMI Greater Wheeling and raise awareness for mental health by running or walking in our Stairs for Strides 5K.

Each participant will receive a sweat head band, wristbands, & participation medal for doing the 5K or the 1 Mile.
