About the Event

The Mid South Rehab and UMMC Grenada Rehabilitation 5K Run and Walk benefits the UMMC Grenada Patient Needs Fund. This fund assists patients and families with various needs during a medical crisis. All money raised for the UMMC Grenada Patient Needs Fund stays in Grenada.

Online registration is recommended race day registration will begin at 7:00 AM. 1st and 2nd place awards will be awarded to the first and second place overall winners and to the master's winners. 1st place will be awarded to the male and female runners in the following age groups.

10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and above

First place awards will go to the overall male and female walker and the master's male and female walker.

First place awards will go to the overall male and female Fun Run winners as well.

About Grenada

Grenada is a group of three larger islands and several tiny islands in the Caribbean, or West Indies. It lies just north of Trinidad and Tobago, and southwest of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
