Spring Equinox Indoor Triathlon

Become a triathlete in 60 minutes! First-timers and seasoned athletes unite for a 10-minute swim 
in the indoor pool, 30-minute bike in the cycle studio, and a 20-minute treadmill run. Swim, bike and run as 
far as you can in the 60 minutes, plus transition time between disciplines. All levels welcome. Ages 12+. Clubs 
can pick the event date to host.

Elements include:
• Results are based on distance covered vs. time.
• 10 waves of ten people every 20 minutes, 100 max.
• $35 reg fee (in Exerp). Register on the Life Time Digital App in the Events Schedule
• Swim 10 minutes: Swim as far as you can in 10 minutes. We count lengths.
• Transition #1 10 minutes: Take your time in the locker room, no need to race here!
• Bike 30 minutes: Ride as fast as you can for 30 minutes. We’ll count your miles with the bikes on-board 
console.
• Transition #2 5 minutes: Head from the Cycle Studio to the treadmills on the Fitness Floor. Bring your run 
shoes with you so you don’t need to stop at your locker. Remember, no racing in the transitions! 
• Run 20 minutes: Run as far as you can. Once you start, the treadmill needs to keep moving. You can slow
