Sovrn Performance Lab's Run Club

Join us as we kick off the Sovrn Run Club this October. Starting on Thursdays from early morning onwards, runners of all levels are invited to gather at 6:00 AM sharp for an energetic start to their week. The club is completely free and open to everyone who wishes to lace up their shoes and hit the pavement with a community that shares your passion for running.
Each Thursday, participants will meet in a central location where they can connect with fellow runners while enjoying a warm-up session led by experienced coaches. These sessions are designed not only to enhance physical fitness but also to foster camaraderie among members as you share stories and tips over coffee or water before the run begins.
The Sovrn Run Club offers a welcoming environment for beginners looking to ease into regular running routines, seasoned athletes seeking new challenges, and everyone in between who simply enjoys the joy of movement. Whether it's improving your pace or building endurance, this club provides an inclusive space where runners can set personal goals and work towards achieving them together.
Come experience the energizing atmosphere that awaits at each Thursday morning gathering – a perfect way to start your week with motivation and support from like-minded individuals.
Join us on October 8th for our first meeting of the season, welcoming new members into this vibrant community. See you there!
