South Downs Way 100®

The SDW100, marking its 15th anniversary edition, is an epic non-stop foot race spanning the entire South Downs Way National Trail. This challenging yet breathtaking journey covers 100 miles through one of England's most picturesque landscapes.
Starting just outside Winchester, a city steeped in history as the former capital of Saxon England, runners will traverse rolling hills and ancient terrain dotted with historic forts before reaching Eastbourne on the coast. The South Downs Way offers expansive vistas that stretch north across the Weald and south to the English Channel, providing awe-inspiring scenery throughout.
Runners are supported by 12 well-stocked aid stations along the route, ensuring they have access to essential supplies during their long journey. Full medical support is also available at each station to ensure safety for all participants. The race course itself is meticulously marked and monitored, with a strict 30-hour cutoff time in place.
