With a fundraising goal of CA$30,000, the event brings together hundreds of participants to ensure that no one in Southeast New Brunswick has to navigate trauma-based mental health challenges alone.

The event features a staggered morning schedule to accommodate different age groups and fitness levels. Participants are encouraged to arrive by 8:00 AM to participate in the collective warm-up and opening ceremonies.
