Transition Clinic:
The secret to feeling calm on event day? Knowing exactly what to do in transition.
Curious about how you actually go from swimming to biking to running in a triathlon? Transitions can feel like a mystery for first-time triathletes, but they don’t have to be. Join us for a relaxed and welcoming clinic where we’ll walk through exactly how triathlon transitions work so you can feel confident and prepared. Clinic will take place outdoors; BYOC - Bring Your Own Chair. Stay afterwards for our Nutrition Clinic
We’ll cover:
• How transition areas are set up
• How to organize your gear so everything is easy to find
• Simple tips for moving smoothly between swim, bike, and run
• How to practice transitions during training
• What to do the night before
• How to set up your gear in the morning so you feel relaxed and ready
Perfect for first-time triathletes and anyone who wants to feel more confident heading into the event.
Nutrittion Clnic:
Join multisport athlete, eleven-time IRONMAN finisher, Team USA competitor, author, and Exposed Vegan founder Zsa-Zsa Porter for an interactive Fuel The Work nutrition clinic designed to help athletes make confident nutrition choices before, during, and after training.
Based on her latest book, Fuel The Work, this workshop goes beyond calories and meal plans to explore how intentional nutrition supports performance, recovery, resilience, and long-term health.
Each participant will also have the opportunity to purchase a signed copy of Fuel The Work and connect with Zsa-Zsa during a post-workshop Q&A.
Participants will learn:
• How to fuel before, during, and after workouts
• Race week and race day nutrition strategies
• Hydration and electrolyte essentials
• Recovery nutrition to support performance and reduce injury risk
• Practical meal planning for busy athletes
• Plant-based nutrition for endurance sports (and how everyone can benefit)
• Common fueling mistakes and how to avoid them
Whether your goal is to cross your first finish line or your fiftieth, you’ll leave with practical tools you can apply immediately to your training and everyday life. Clinic will take place outdoors; BYOC - Bring Your Own Chair.
