SHAKE OUT RUN & CARB LOAD BRUNCH

Experience the FFM Marathon Shake Out Run on October 24, 2026, where runners gather for a relaxed warm-up run ahead of the main marathon. Supported by Hoka and Maurten, this event offers participants an opportunity to ease into race day mode with a comfortable pace through scenic routes. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, perfect for both seasoned athletes looking to fine-tune their preparations and newcomers seeking a stress-free introduction to long-distance running.
The course features flat terrain that allows runners to focus on pacing themselves rather than battling challenging elevations or tight turns. As part of the carb-loading festivities, participants can enjoy refreshments and expert advice from nutritionists at post-run stations, ensuring everyone is well-prepared for their upcoming marathon journey.
This event isn't just about running; it's a community gathering that celebrates the spirit of endurance sports in an encouraging environment.
