Semi-Marathon de la Vallée de l'Oust

Set your pace along the water at the Semi-Marathon et 10 km de la Vallée de l'Oust, returning to the historic town of Malestroit on Saturday, March 28, 2026. This edition introduces two brand-new, remarkably flat and rolling courses designed for athletes chasing personal bests. Starting from the Espace Maurice Melois, runners will catch a fleeting glimpse of Malestroit’s medieval charm before heading onto the towpaths of the Nantes-Brest Canal. The route follows the serene "voie verte" toward Le Roc-Saint-André before looping back along the riverbanks, offering a perfect blend of high-speed performance and tranquil Breton scenery.

The afternoon schedule caters to various competitive spirits, beginning with the Semi-Marathon (21.1 km) departure at 2:30 PM, followed shortly by the 10 km race at 3:00 PM. Known for its high demand, the event historically sells out quickly, with registration opening in phases for FFA-licensed athletes and the general public in early December. For those who missed the initial window, an official bib exchange bourse is active via the Klikego platform. The 2026 edition also debuts an exciting inter-company mixed team challenge, alongside traditional children's races, making it a comprehensive festival of running for the entire local community.
