Second Wind Foundation Run

About the Event

Come join us for a beautiful run at the Flint Hills Trail, Mile Zero Trailhead in Osawatomie, Kansas. The Flint Hills Trail is the longest of Kansas's 3,000 plus miles of public trails. It's a beautiful escape from the big city. The weather is typically cool and calm although you never know in Kansas! Finishers will receive trail-themed medals and will compete for overall awards, which are also trail themed!  Another plus is you get an extra hour of sleep the night before.  While this race is on a trail, it is not a technical trail.  This is the flattest, fastest trail you'll ever run!  The surface is firm and smooth with crushed gravel.

Pick your distance:  5k, 10k, and 10 miles. The cost is $30/$35/$40 for each distance.

Packet pickup is at 7AM. All distances will start at 8AM and the awards ceremony will start after we have three top finishers in each distance. All races will conclude by 12PM.
