• Cut-Off: Competitors must pass all checkpoints before designated times. Those who fail are immediately disqualified (DNF) and not eligible for prizes.
• BIB Rules: Must be worn prominently on the chest. BIB transfer to another person is strictly prohibited. Using another person's BIB results in disqualification and a 3-year ban from Race Up Work Co., Ltd. competitions, with reporting to the Athletics Association of Thailand.
• Refund Policy: No refunds under any circumstances, including competition cancellation.
• Media Rights: Organizers reserve the right to use photographs, videos, and other media for promotional and advertising purposes.
• Protests: Must be submitted in writing within 30 minutes of official results announcement, with a 1,000 baht deposit.
