Santa Sprint Fun Run

Get ready to sprint down Broad Street as the lead out to the City of Gadsden Christmas parade wearing your Santa hats and jingle bell bracelets (provided to each runner in the swag bag)!   

When:  Tuesday, December 5, 2025 at 5:15PM.

Where:  Downtown Gadsden.  Group photo on the steps of Campbell Professional Building at 5:00pm.  Race begins at 7th and Broad Street at 5:15pm.  Race will end at the gazebo in the grassy area at the corner of Broad Street and 1st Street.  The course is approximately 7 blocks.

Price:  $20

This is a "fun run" and awards will not be distributed to overall winners.  There will be awards for best dressed Santas.

Post-Race: Participants are encouraged to enjoy the rest of the City of Gadsden's Christmas parade and stay and shop, play and dine with the merchants and restauranteurs.   

Event details and schedule:

Packet Pick-up:   Packets can be picked up starting at 4:30pm on Tuesday, December 5th on the steps of the Campbell Professional Building - Gadsden, Alabama 

Group photo on the steps of the Campbell Professional Building:  5:00pm - then walk to the intersection of Broad Street and 7th Street for race start line

Race Starts:   5:15pm (City of Gadsden Christmas Parade will begin at 5:30pm)
