Join Us for the Annual Running of the Turkeys 5K/10K Trail Run!🦃
Kick off your Thanksgiving morning with our annual Running of the Turkeys trail run! Enjoy rolling hills and wide dirt trails, featuring a stunning waterfall view at the halfway point. We can’t think of a better way to burn a few calories before indulging in pumpkin pie. Bring your family and friends and join us for a great time, we can’t wait to see you out there!
Event Details:
📍 Location: Torrey Hills Neighborhood Park, 4300 Calle Mejillones, San Diego, CA 92130
🕢 Check-in: 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM
🕢 Pre-Race Briefing: 7:35 AM (we’ll then leave the park and walk about ½ mile to the start/finish area) *Be sure to arrive on time or you will miss out on the fun times.
This is a NO FRILLS fun run - no timing, no parking fees, no stress, just a relaxed morning on the trails with great people! Please note this is a cupless event, so bring your own water if you’d like hydration on the course.
Entry & Charity Info:
There’s no official entry fee, but we kindly ask for a minimum $20 per person donation to support our partner charity, Operation Rebound, a division of the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF). This incredible organization helps military, first responders, and veterans with permanent physical injuries get back into sports.
