Running Events Devon - Spooky Tad Longer Plod 2026

Devon's Running Events invites you to join us for an eerie yet delightful autumn adventure with our Spooky Tad Longer Plod on Saturday, October 31st, 2026. This family-friendly run or walk is set to take place at 3:00 PM and offers a fun-filled experience along a scenic 3k route.
The event welcomes participants of all ages, but we recommend it for those aged ten years and older. Younger children are welcome when accompanied by an adult if they're under eleven. Whether you choose to run or walk, the Spooky Tad Longer Plod is designed with every ability in mind—no one will ever be last as our friendly tail group ensures everyone finishes together.
Upon completing the single lap course, participants can look forward to collecting their specially crafted goodies and medals. With a limited number of spots available, it's best not to delay your entry; once we reach capacity, latecomers will receive a unique medal from our selection on hand.
For those looking for accommodation nearby, we highly recommend the charming Fox & Hounds Hotel. This local gem offers rooms, bunk house options, and camping facilities in addition to its renowned cuisine. Visit their website at foxandhoundshotel.com for more information and reservations.
Join us this Halloween weekend as we celebrate with a twist of spookiness and plenty of community spirit along the beautiful Devon countryside.
