The event features four distinct distances: a short yet enjoyable 4.4 km run perfect for beginners or those looking for a quick outing; the intermediate 10.7 km course, which offers more mileage but remains accessible to runners of varying skill levels; an extended 14.8 km route that challenges participants with additional kilometers while still being manageable over various terrains; and finally, the full marathon distance of 21.1 km for those who are up for a longer adventure.
All races begin simultaneously at 11:30 AM from Houten's picturesque starting line. The course weaves through tranquil parks and along the serene Amsterdam Rijnkanaal, providing runners with stunning views and peaceful surroundings as they make their way to the finish line. Participants can find detailed route information on the event website, including maps that will help them navigate the terrain.
Registration for this event closes at 11:59 PM on Friday, October 6, 2026 (note: corrected from original conflicting date). Early online registration costs €6 and includes a medal upon completion; those who choose to register later can do so in person either by cash or QR code payment. On-site registrations will cost €8 with the option of purchasing a finishing medal for an additional fee.
