Event Logistics and Participant Information:

• Race Day Registration: Open from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Race Village. All runners must present to race registration for bib collection and online merchandise pickup.
• Race Briefing: Mandatory briefing for all runners at 10:40 AM at the Race Village.
• Kids Participation: An adult must participate alongside children under 8 years of age in the kids event.
• Race Presentation: Scheduled for 1:15 PM at the Race Village, subject to results being cleared by the Race Commissaire.
• Refund Policy: No refunds are offered. Registrations may be transferred via the registration site.
• Cancellation Policy: Race management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions. Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God."
