Run for Your Health

Join us for the White Hall Fitness & Health Fair 2025, hosted by Columbus Central SDA Church! This exciting community event will feature free health booths, screenings, and resources to help you live a healthier, more energized life.

The fair is open to everyone — families, friends, and neighbors — and will include special activities for all ages. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in the Run for Your Health Race, an uplifting fitness challenge for those ready to get moving.

About the Race
The  5K & One Mile is a community event organized by Columbus Central SDA Church to promote health, wellness, and family unity through fitness. It’s a fun, faith-centered experience where everyone — from seasoned runners to first-time walkers — can participate.

Race Options
🏃 5K Run/Walk – A timed race for runners and walkers ready for a healthy challenge.

👟 One Mile Fun Run/Walk – A relaxed, family-friendly option for kids, beginners, and groups who want to get active together.
